Genesis is currently working on her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She attended Dallas Baptist University for her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Professional Development with a concentration in Counseling. She is fluent in speaking Spanish and English.

Genesis has experience working at a psychiatric behavioral hospital in Dallas, providing administrative support and supervision of the patient through the application procedure consultation. She spends her free time working at a nonprofit with children and youth. Genesis believes in trust, vulnerability, and change; she believes trust is essential because it allows the individual to become open and giving – through disclosure and openness, change can occur. She is excited to be a part of the Taylor Counseling Group team and provide affordable care for her clients!
