Princess Parker, MS, LPC-Associate
DallasSupervised by Hope Russell, MS, LPC-S
Princess was born and raised in Dallas, Texas (besides a small stint in Louisiana). She earned her master’s in counseling from Texas A&M – Commerce in August 2021. She originally earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in Finance in May 2005 from Texas A&M (Gig ‘Em, Aggies!). After spending most of her post college career in corporate retail, she decided it was time to do something that allowed her to feel more fulfilled, which led her to counseling, and back to school. Princess spent a year in a non-profit setting, helping adolescents, and their parents, work through trauma.
Princess has a passion for people and helping them see and reach their best selves. She strives for everyone to feel they can benefit from counseling, no matter age, gender, and especially race/ethnicity and socioeconomic status. Counseling can be useful in all stages in life, not just when something traumatic occurs. One of Princess’s favorite quotes is, “You can’t pour from an empty cup” – sometimes you just need help filling your cup.
