Do you accept insurance?
-
Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. Per our contracts, we are not allowed to post the current contracted rates, but our Support Staff will be happy to verify your insurance benefits upon registering for an appointment.
-
Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment, and the client is responsible for the full cost of sessions.
- Visit our Insurance & Payment page to learn more about our rates and forms of payments.
Do you have Reduced Rates?
-
Yes, we are dedicated to providing affordable care for all of our clients. Our standard private pay rate is $110 per person, but to see if you qualify for a reduced rate, request our Affordable Care Assistance Request form upon registration. Our affordable care policy is based on your income and household occupancy.
What are your hours of availability?
-
Our Support Staff is available 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and from 9am-3pm on Saturdays. Providers work by appointment only and offer unique availabilities. You can also view any provider’s current schedule on the Providers Page via the “Schedule Online Now” button.
Where are you located?

Do you prescribe medication?
-
Medication prescription is not a service we currently offer, but we work closely with the The Holiner Group and other psychiatrists in Central Texas to provide psychiatric medication when necessary.
What is an LPC Associate?
-
Licensed Professional Counselor Associates are licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors to provide clinical health services under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.
-
Our staff members have completed their master’s level education and are highly trained in a variety of counselling services. Licensed Professional Counselor Associates in the state of Texas are unable to accept insurance for payment but are able to work for reduced rates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
-
We accept all major credit cards, along with FSA and HSA cards and HRA accounts. For your convenience, you can enter your credit card information or HSA debit card info into our online portal prior to your first appointment, and keep it on file for future appointments.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
-
Upon registering, you will receive an email with links to our online forms. Please complete the forms 24 hours prior to your first appointment.
-
We are a paperless office and all of our forms must be completed prior to your initial session. Missing or incomplete forms may delay the start of your first session.
-
If you are bringing a child for counseling, please complete the Consent for Treatment of a Minor form included in the registration email.
-
The State of Texas also requires that we have verified documents of custody or a copy of the current court order verifying your authority to consent for treatment. Please note that we do not offer any court-based or court required counseling services.

How long are therapy sessions?
- The length of a therapy session can vary depending on each individual. Sessions are typically once a week for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Treatment can range from just a couple of sessions to years – depending on the individual’s therapeutic goals and needs.
What is a typical session like?
- Typically, your first session will be about getting to know you and giving you space to talk. After the first few sessions, you’ll start to trust your counselor and will find it easier to open up. If you want to talk about specific experiences or concerns right away, you can. Feel free to ask your therapist what you can expect therapy to be like.
