Scheduling Procedure
Initial Inquiry
A business representative contacts our office via phone or email with interest in scheduling a presentation. The Director of Operations will request required information and work with the business to create a plan that fits their needs.
Intake includes:
- Desired topic
- Preferred dates and times
- Audience size
- Venue location and format (in-person or virtual)
Consultation & Customization
A brief consultation is scheduled with a program coordinator to confirm details and customize content if needed.
A speaker with relevant clinical experience will be assigned to the event. Counselors interested in this program will have been identified ahead of time, along with topics they are most interested in teaching.
If requested, customized handouts can be provided for an additional cost. These can include the company logo, additional MHRP information, and information from the seminar.
