For Current Clients:

The portal will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hour notice, please call or email us and we will be happy to help. Know that you will never be charged for a medical emergency. If you are charged by mistake or you were unable to notify us, don’t worry, send us an email and we will get the charge reversed for you.

FAQS

The portal will only allow you to see 30 days in advance. This does not mean the counselor is booked forever. It just means they are booked for the next 30 days.

All clients must have their own accounts, event minor clients and couples.
