Gents Place & Taylor Counseling Group
We are proud to be joining up with The Gents Place to offer an expansive counseling Employee Assistance Program. This EAP program will be available to all Gents Place employees and their immediate family members in the same house hold and will include general counseling services such as individual counseling for all ages, couples and family therapy, and play therapy for children. Taylor Counseling Group has several highly skilled professional therapists on staff able to work with a wide variety of issues.

Additional Information
The first session will be covered at 100% by The Gents Place EAP agreement. There is no cost to you or any requirement to continue in therapy. All employees and immediate family members are able to continue with regular counseling sessions after the first session covered by The Gents Place EAP agreement. Each additional session will be billed according to the employees insurance policy.
Currently, we are unable to accept the Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO plan but have agreed to offer the current BCBS rate ($87.11) per regular session. All employees with the BCBS PPO plan will be able to use their plan according to its usual details. Most PPO plans will have a deductible that must be met before plan benefits can be used. The employee and/or family member attached to the PPO plan will have to pay the full BCBS rate of ($87.11) until their deductible is met. Once the deductible is met they will only be responsible for a co-payment per session.
