1. Our Services

Your submissions

Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information

that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial
or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

You are solely responsible for your Submissions and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any and all losses we may suffer
due to your breach of this section, any third party’s intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
(1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
(2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
(3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means;
(4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
(5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or
terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services
may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or content to create compilations without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including attempts to learn sensitive account information.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
- Upload or transmit viruses or other material that interferes with the Services’ operation.
- Engage in automated use of the system (scripts, bots, scrapers, data mining).
- Delete copyright or proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
- Upload or transmit passive or active information collection mechanisms (web bugs, tracking pixels, etc.).
- Interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services or networks connected to the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten employees or agents providing Services.
- Attempt to bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software or code except as permitted by law.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
- Collect usernames and/or email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for revenue-generating endeavors not approved by us.
5. User Generated Contributions
The Services does not offer users the ability to submit or post content publicly. However, we may provide you with the opportunity
to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services
(“Contributions”). Any Contributions you transmit may be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
- Your Contributions do not infringe the rights of any third party.
- You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the Contributions.
- Any identifiable individuals have provided consent where required.
- Your Contributions are not false, misleading, unsolicited advertising, spam, or objectionable.
- Your Contributions do not violate any law or regulation.
Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things,
termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
6. Contribution License
You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide
following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain ownership of your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements
in your Contributions and you agree to exonerate us from any responsibility and refrain from legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
7. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Websites”) and content belonging to third parties (“Third-Party Content”).
We are not responsible for Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. If you decide to leave the Services and access Third-Party Websites,
you do so at your own risk.
8. Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms and to take appropriate action in our sole discretion.

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules
of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), where applicable.
Restrictions
Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the Parties individually. No class actions are permitted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exceptions
Certain disputes (such as intellectual property enforcement, theft, privacy invasion, unauthorized use, and injunctive relief) are not subject to arbitration.
14. Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
15. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. Limitations of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR $350.00 USD.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Services,
breach of these Legal Terms, violation of any law, or violation of a third party’s rights.
18. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services to manage performance. You are solely responsible for data you transmit and you waive any
right of action against us arising from loss or corruption of such data.
19. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to electronic communications and agree
that notices and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
20. SMS Text Messaging
Program Description
By opting into our text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) to your mobile number from Taylor Counseling Group.
Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, customer service communications, and other account or relationship-related notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services (for example, appointment-related communications and replies to your inquiries).
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a confirmation message, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages
unless you opt in again.

22. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void,
