Scheduling Procedure
Initial Contact
A manager, HR representative, or supervisor should contact our administrative office via phone or email to request OnSite Support services.
TCG will need at least 48 hours to set up the program, identify the closest counselor available for the program, and restructure their schedule accordingly.
During the intake call, we will gather essential information:
- Nature of the event
- Number of employees affected
- Desired date/time of visit
- Address of the worksite
- Contact person at the worksite
- Any immediate safety concerns
Assessment and Approval
Our Clinical Liaison and Director of Operations will review the request to ensure it meets clinical and safety guidelines.
A counselor with trauma/crisis experience will be assigned and briefed on the situation by the contact at the business. We will have a list of previously identified counselors that are interested in providing this service.
Provisions will be made for continuing care for all participants, as we want to ensure everyone in attendance has the opportunity for scheduling additional sessions with a licensed therapist.
