In my practice, I blend Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR (EMDRIA approved) aiming to unravel the impact of your past on your present and identify narratives that may be holding you back. With a background in Family and Child Development and Counseling, I’ve dedicated seven years to understanding human growth and development.
