Hailey-Lou Lowry holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University.
She completed her clinical training at the Sam Houston outpatient clinic, where she gained experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She also provided trauma-informed care during her time at the Montgomery County Women’s Shelter.
Hailey-Lou sees therapy as a powerful space for healing, and growth. She understands how vulnerable it can feel to begin the process and honors that courage by creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Believing that therapy should be as unique as the individual, she takes an eclectic, individualized approach to meet each client’s specific goals and strengths. Hailey-Lou is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves, foster healthier relationships, and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. Whatever you are facing, she will walk alongside you, offering validation, insight, and steady support every step of the way.
