I received my BS in Human Development and Family Science from Auburn University. I am currently earning my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. This challenging program has enriched my scope of knowledge and has served to only heighten my desire to serve others in their personal lives and intrapersonal relationships.

Past, present and future successes and trials are inevitable in this life. I believe that no one is too lost, too far gone, too high nor too low to navigate through and rise above towards a resilient solid hope, consistent healing, and peaceful reconciliation within themselves and with others. When we are feeling lost, lonely, paralyzed, or despairing, we often don’t know how to move forward. Therapy can be that first step. I want to provide insight, encouragement, coping strategies, and social, mental, physical, and emotional tools to individuals and families in need. I hope to be able to guide my clients through crises, highlight problematic patterns, enhance communication, and help replace dysfunctional behaviors with constructive actions. By mixing straight forward strategic and compassionate narrative approaches, I allow the client to start conversation based on their needs, and use me as their guide for healthier patterns. My goal is to dive deep into the layers of your story. My goal is that in working with me, you come to know your strengths and weaknesses better and walk out more equipped and empowered to encounter conflict and come out stronger on the other side. I hope to create a safe environment where every person feels heard and understood.
