As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I specialize in relational, trauma-informed therapy, offering a compassionate and affirming space for teens, adults, and families to heal from past trauma and explore their unique identities. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), I support clients in processing both past and ongoing trauma experiences while creating a safe space for those navigating BIPOC identities and experiences of marginalization. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have felt “different” or disconnected from mainstream norms, helping them reconnect with and reclaim their sense of self.
