My name is Jessie Hall, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my bachelor’s degrees in psychology and education from Southern Methodist University and my master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families at the outpatient and residential levels of care.

I believe that everyone has a story. My goal is to build a meaningful relationship with you and create a safe space where we can work through the painful and uncomfortable parts of your story together. I would love to help you write a new life story that honors your emotions, your strengths, and your ability to overcome challenges and make positive changes. I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to counseling that incorporates elements of attachment theory and acceptance and commitment (ACT) therapy.
