Taudrea K. Sinnie, M.S. LPC-A earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University and her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University. Much of her experience comes from a residential adolescent rehabilitation setting, where she worked with patients from adolescence through young adulthood. Taudrea is equipped to provide services for social, emotional, behavioral, and substance use concerns for clients of all ages. As a former collegiate athlete, she also enjoys working with athletes and acknowledges the stigmas surrounding mental health and athletics.

Taudrea works with managing various disorders, including depression and anxiety, and is skilled in implementing therapeutic approaches that foster emotional resilience and stability. She also has a substantial background in addiction treatment, offering support that addresses both the psychological and behavioral aspects of substance use.

She emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can openly explore their challenges and work towards personal growth. By integrating holistic strategies with contemporary therapeutic techniques, she strives to empower her clients to achieve lasting change and improved well-being.
