Ally Clemments, M.A., LPC
DallasAlly is a Dallas native who completed her undergraduate degree at St. Edward’s University in Elementary Education. Early on, Ally realized she was more passionate about human development and family dynamics, which led her to pursue a career in counseling. Ally relocated to Colorado and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. Ally is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is in training for Gottman for couples therapy. Ally has a wide variety of experience in working with adults and couples in both private practice and addiction treatment settings. Ally enjoys working with those who struggle with substance abuse, self-worth, family of origin wounds, and relationship difficulties. Ally has a warm, calming presence and creates a safe environment for clients to explore pain, confusion, and doubt with compassion and clarity. Ally focuses on helping people set healthy boundaries, improve communication, build coping skills, and reconnect with their worth and value.
