From an early age, Sandra realized she wanted to help others and understands the challenges people face while trying to find their path in life. Sandra has personally experienced the loss of close family members, trauma, and life-threatening illness, which has given her a deeper understanding of the struggles others may face.Sandra has worked with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, disability adjustment, and life transitions. Working with both children and adults, Sandra strives to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard while working toward meaningful solutions.Sandra uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), depending on each client’s individual needs and preferences. She provides person-centered counseling, believing that clients often already hold the answers within themselves but may need guidance and support in discovering them.
