Stacy Moore, M.S., LPC
Stacy is a San Antonio native who earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Texas State University and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Driven by a deep commitment to supporting and empowering others, Stacy fosters a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic environment. She utilizes empathetic listening to build trust while embracing a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being.
Stacy has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to support meaningful growth and lasting change. Additionally, Stacy is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.
