Khalia Hardwell, M.Ed., LPC
Life can bring moments of change, uncertainty, and challenges that can feel overwhelming to navigate alone. I believe therapy is a space where individuals and families can feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is centered on building a trusting relationship where clients feel safe to share their experiences, explore their emotions, and develop tools that support healing and growth. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on youth therapy, perinatal mental health, and sports mental health. I support clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, identity development, and the many experiences that shape our mental wellness. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating an inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel respected, valued, and understood. My goal is to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they work toward greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
