Brittany Sanchez, M.S., LPC-Associate
Supervised by Sarah Police, LPC-S, LCDC
I became a therapist because I wanted to be the person I wish I had growing up – someone who would listen without judgment and make space for everything I was feeling when it seemed like there was no one to talk to. That experience continues to shape the way I show up for my clients today.
In therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, accepting environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward your personal goals. I believe each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change that fits your life. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
