Nova is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Texas certified School Counselor who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She attended the University of North Texas, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, and received her M.Ed. in School Counseling from Lamar University. She has extensive experience supporting school-aged children and adolescents, while also working closely with families to address their unique needs and challenges.
Nova creates a safe, and judgment-free environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, express their thoughts openly, and work through life’s challenges. She helps clients navigate stress, anxiety, school and work burnout, relationship and peer dynamics, and the everyday pressures that can feel overwhelming.
Nova takes a collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She believes counseling is most effective when clients feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace. Together, she and her clients work to build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, develop effective coping strategies, and create greater balance and clarity in their lives. Nova is committed to helping clients feel empowered and supported as they move through life’s challenges and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.
